Almonds Float is a heavenly yummy & healthy Chinese Dessert. This recipe is world famous. We all know know very well that dessert is a part of each celebration and festival. A food without dessert is just incomplete. Eating almonds are also very good for health. Almond is a species of tree native to Mediterranean climate regions of the Middle East and Southern Asia. Almond is also the name of the edible and widely cultivated seed of this tree. Within the genus Prunus, it is classified with the peach in the subgenus Amygdalus. Distinguish from the other subgenera by corrugations on the shell (endocarp) surrounding the seed. The fruit of the almond is a drupe, consisting of an outer hull and a hard shell with the seed, which is not a true nut, inside. 

The almond is a deciduous tree, growing 4–10 m (13–33 ft) in height, with a trunk of up to 30 cm (12 in) in diameter. The young twigs are green at first, becoming purplish where exposed to sunlight, then grey in their second year. The leaves are 8–13 cm (3–5 in) long,with a serrated margin and a 2.5 cm (1 in) petiole. The flowers are white to pale pink, 3–5 cm (1–2 in) diameter with five petals, produced singly or in pairs and appearing before the leaves in early spring. Almond grows best in Mediterranean climates with warm, dry summers and mild, wet winters. Almonds Float chinese dessert is just amazing.

Ingredients:

Below are required ingredients for Almonds Float.

Evaporated Milk 2 Cup

Cold Water 2 Cup

Boiling Water 2 Cup

Almonds Extract 4 Tsp

Unflavored Gelatin 2 Envelope

Granulated Sugar 8 Tbsp

Fruit Cocktail with Syrup 1000 Gms

Procedure:

For chinese dessert Almonds Float first we need a medium or large bowl to combine the Gelatin & Granulated Sugar. Stirring to mix very well. Now pour the Boiling Water over this mixture. Stir until completely well dissolved. Stir in the Almond Extract, Envaporated Milk & Cold Water. Blending throughly then pour the gelatin into a serving bowl / mold. Chill until firm. On the time of eating or ready to serve cut the gelatin into desire shapes. Serve or eat with canned fruit & the syrup from the can. Almonds Float may be prepared in advance & fridge until ready to eat or serve.
