1/4 Cup Wholewheat Flour

2 Cup Potatoes boiled & mashed
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
Salt as Need
3 Gm Red Chilli Powder
2 Tbsp Chopped Green Coriander
2 Tbsp Chopped Onions
For Aloo Paratha Recipe preparations 1st we ready with above all things then sift the Wholewheat Flour & rub in the Clarified Butter very well. Knead with sufficient water to make a soft dough. Now we mix Potatoes, Garam Masala, red Chilli Powder,Coriander Seeds Roasted Powder,Green Coriander, Salt & Onion very well together. Divide the filling & dough into 20 equal portions. Flatten each out into small disc. Place 1 portion of the filling in the middle. Press the edges to seal. Reshape into ball then roll out each ball into an 6″-8″ disc. Dusting with dry flour to prevent sticking. Heat griddle. Cook the discs one by one. Drizzle 1-2 tsp clarified butter, till tiny brown spots appear on both sides. Repeat same steps with remaining discs. It’s ready now. Eat or serve hot with pickle Curd or Sauce.
