Crusty Raw Banana Wedges Recipe
8 Peeled Raw Bananas
1/4 Cup Plain Flour
2 Tsp Red Chili Powder for Crusty Raw Banana Wedges
4 Tbsp Cornflour
2 Tsp Castor Sugar
Finely Crushed Cornflakes for coating
1/4 Tsp Green Chili Paste
Parsley Springs for Garnishing
Lemon Wedges for Garnishing
Salt as need
Mustard Oil for deep frying
For preparing Crusty Raw Banana Wedges vegetarian recipe first we slit the Bananas into half. Now we cut them into 3 Wedges. Mix bananas with Chili Powder, Sugar & Salt. Steam for 8-10 minutes. Wait till cool by itself. Now we again mix Salt then we mix Plain Flour, Cornflour & Green Chili Paste together by adding sufficient water.
Make a thick paste. Now dip the raw banana wedges in the batter. Roll out in the finely crushed corn flakes. Deep fry in hot mustard oil till crisp & golden brown in color. Now drain on absorbent paper.Now garnished with Parsley Springs & Lemon Wedges.
