Ingredients:

Below are required ingredients for fruit kulle

6 Small Potatoes Boiled

6 Small Tomatoes { Optional }

2 Cucumbers peeled & cut into 6″ pieces about 1-1/2″ long


Filling:

Below are required filing ingredients for yummy snack delhi famous street food fruit kulle.

1/4 Cup Chickpea soak in warm water for 2 hours

1/4 Cup Fresh Pomegranate Kernels { Annar Ke Dane }

Salt as required

6 Green Chillies deseeded & chopped

1/4 Cup Grapes cut into half from the center

1/4 Cup Boiled Peas

4 Tbsp Chaat Masala preferably kala chat masala

1/4 Tsp Roasted Cumin Powder

1/4 Lemon Piece Juice

Preparations:

Yummy snack fruit kulle delhi famous street food is as below. First we drain the Chickpea then pressure cook it with 2 tsp salt & 2 cup water. Pressure cook till 1st whistle. Remove from heat. Strain chickpea after pressure drops then leave them in strainer for all the water to drain out.

Now we peel the boiled Potatoes then cut them into 2 halves & scoop out each piece to get hollow cups. Sprinkle few Lemon Juice & Chaat Masala in the potato cups. Rub very well. Now set aside for 1 minute. Cut the tomato into halves & scoop out the filling.

Similarly scoop out the Cucumber pieces. keeping the base intact. Sprinkle some Lemon Juice & Chaat Masala in the cups. Now we mix all the filling ingredients in a big bowl. Check the filling & make it to the taste. Keep aside for 1 minute. Fill each hollowed vegetable with this filling. Heaping it a little. Chaat is ready to eat or serve as you wish.
