8 Cup Kesari Shrikhand

40 Sweet Biscuits

40 Chocolate Cream Wafer Biscuits

8 Tbsp Melted Butter

4 Medium size chopped Ripe Mangoes

2 Kiwi Fruits Sliced

Glazed Cherries

Below is the complete preparation steps of Shrikhand Biscuit Pudding.

First we grease the base of spring form cake { 8″ or 16″ } tin with a few Melted Butter. Crush the Sweet Biscuits in a blender. Transfer to a bowl. Add the melted butter. Mix very well then spread the mixture on the greased base of the cake tin. Press down lightly. Now we arrange the Chocolate Wafer Biscuits along the sides of the cake tin. Add the mangoes to the Shrikhand. Mix very well. Now we pour the mango shrikhand over the biscuit layer. Arrange the Kiwi slices around the outer edge. Arrange the Cherries in the middle. Chill till set very well. Remove the pudding from the tin. Now eat or serve as required.
