Today we are sharing Indian Diet Dessert Phirni Recipe. I just come to my home today after spending few days in Hospital. On today 13-Jan-2019 my mom cooked Phirni for me. In present age lots of peoples suffering from sugar. Sugar is one of big problem in world. Everyone wants to leave a healthy long life. Indian food & drinks are just awesome. A celebration & festival without dessert is just incomplete. Basically Phirni is a traditional indian pudding. Phirni is one of most famous north indian dessert. Healthy Life helps to keep and improve people’s health and well-being. Below is the complete recipe instruction of sugar free diet dessert phirni. 7 Cups Milk

1/8 Cup Rice { Basmati Rice ]

Sugar Free Powder as need

4 Almonds shredded

6 Green Pistachio soaked peeled & sliced

6 Green Cardamom Seeds Powdered

2 Tsp Ruh Kewra / Kewra Essence

2-4 Saffron Strands soaked in hot water


First we soak soak rice for 1 hour. Now grind very fine with 10 Tbsp of water to a paste. Dissolve the rice paste in 1/4 Cup Milk. Make it thin. Now mix the paste with remaining milk in a heavy bottomed pan. Cook on medium heat. Stirring continuously, till the mixture is of creamy consistency. Add Sugar Free Powder & Cardamom Powder. Stir very well.

Simmer till well dissolved. Boil for 2 minutes then remove from heat. Now we add the Kewra Essence or Ruh Kewra. Pour the pudding { mixture } into 12 small earthen containers.Chill for 2 minutes. Decorate with Saffron & Nuts. Diet Dessert is fully ready to enjoy with friends & family.
