There are many historical sites to explore while adventure travel in delhi. Coronation Memorial Park of Nirankari Sarovar well known as Coronation Park. This place was the venue of the Delhi Durbar of 1877. In the year 1903 it used to celebrate the accession of King Edward VII. Finally, it was here that the Durbar commemorating the coronation of King George V as Emperor of India took place on 12 December 1911, subsequent to his coronation at Westminster Abbey in June 1911. This last celebration had all the princely states in attendance. The decision to hold the Coronation Durbars in Delhi at the vast open ground at here.

Purana Qila |Delhi Adventure Traveling

Purana Qila is one of ancient travel destination in delhi. This fort belongs to the great mahabharat war. It stands on an ancient site that has been continuously occupied since 1000 BC as archaeological excavations have revealed. This fort belongs to Pandavas Brothers ; at the war time of Mahabharat this city { delhi } then known as Inderprastha. The fort was the inner citadel of the city of Din Panah during Humayun’s rule who renovated it in 1533 and completed five years later. The founder of the Suri Dynasty, Sher Shah Suri, defeated Humayun in 1540, naming the fort Shergarh; he added several more structures in the complex during his five-year reign. The normal visiting hours are from 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 pm.
