Main Ingredients:

Vegetables 4 Cups

Red Chili 1 Tsp

Almonds blanched peeled & sliced 1/4 Cup

Bean Sprouts 1/8 Cup

Chinese White Sauce 4 Cups

Mustard Oil 2 Tbsp

White Sauce Ingredients:

Below are chinese white sauce ingredients for Vegetables in Spicy Almond Sauce.

Onions finely chopped 1/4 Cup

Ginger Chopped 4 Tsp

Salt as need

Garlic Chopped 4 Tsp

White Wine 1/4 Cup

Corn Flour 4 Tbsp

Sugar 2 Pinches

Mustard Oil 2 Tbsp

Cooking Steps:

First we heat the Mustard Oil in a wok then we add the Red Chilies, Beans Sprouts, Vegetables & Almonds. Saute for a few seconds. For cooking chinese white sauce we heat Mustard Oil in another wok. Add the Onions, Ginger & Garlic. Saute till the onions are translucent. Add the wine & cook on a high flame for a few seconds. Add the cornflour paste. Cook till the sauce thickens. Add Salt & Sugar. Mix well. Chinese white sauce is done now. Now add the chinese sauce & salt. Bring to a boil. Eat or serve instantly. I hope you will enjoy the taste of Vegetables in Spicy Almond Sauce.
