Recipe Instruction

Ingredients

6 Chopped Pistachio

4 Green Cardamoms Crushed

20 Raisins

6 Chopped Almonds

Pinch of Orange Color

7 Tbsp Sugar

6 Strands of Saffron { Keasar } dissolved in 1/8 Cup Warm Milk

Water

2 Cup Bambino Vermicelli { Seviyan }

1/4 Tbsp Clarified Butter

Preparations

First we heat Clarified Butter in a heavy bottomed pan then we add the Bambino Vermicelli. Stir on medium heat till dark golden brown. Remember one thing carefully don’t burn them. Add 2 Cup Water. Bring to a boil. Reduce flame. Cover the pan. Cook till the vermicelli soft & water is absorbed. Check them they should be really soft or they will harden when we add Sugar. Add the Saffron Milk, Cardamom Seeds, Raisins,Colour & Almonds. Now cook till dry then we add the sugar. Cook for 4 minutes on low heat. Remove from fire. Keep aside till the vermicelli absorb the sugar very well. Garnish with pistachio & almonds. Eat or Serve now.
